Born and raised on the eastern shore of Maryland, Lena developed a love for the fashion and entertainment industry at an early age. Lena Studied communications at University of Maryland University College (UMUC). It was there, she began her career in public relations in the IT industry. Because she had always felt a deep rooted connection to the music industry and had a knack for management, Lena united her gifts and birthed a business of her own, Lena Lavonn PR.  Through networking in the industry, Lena had the opportunity to work with BET and celebrities like Wale, Flex Kartel, DJ Money and more. Additionally, she has been successful at landing placements in various blogs, magazines and on national and international television for her clients.
